      Indicating the left light diode while pressing keypad buttons means that it is necessary to replace battery. From start of discharged battery indication to cutting off the lock operation you can open the lock with a code no more than 100 times else.
      Despite of the multiple left indicator reminding if you come to the lock ,and it gives no sign of operation it is necessary to make the following actions:

       Do not be nervous and do not try to call the manufacturer or seller;
       Buy a battery (12V) and a set of new batteries for the lock in the near available place;
       Return to the lock;
       Connect battery (12V) to emergency supply terminal;
       Deal any known correct code;
       Make operations need for replacement battery (see below).

      To open the lock in case of emergency needs 9-13 voltage. So instead of 12V-battery you can use, for example, a mobile phone rechargeable battery.
